88ok Platform Agreement

1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (referred to hereinafter as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and 88ok (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 88ok website located at 88ok.im — including its casino games, sportsbook, live dealer tables, payment services, promotional programmes, and customer support channels — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 88ok platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

88ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at /terms-conditions. We recommend that all members review this page periodically. Material changes to the Terms that affect existing account holders will be communicated via the registered account email address where reasonably practicable.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 88ok Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy), Responsible Gaming Policy (/responsible-gaming), and any specific promotional terms attached to individual bonus offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail only in respect of the matter they address.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the 88ok platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. If you are below the age of 18, you must not attempt to register, play, or transact under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person — not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 88ok platform or any related service operated by 88ok.
• You have not previously had an account closed or terminated by 88ok for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, intermediary, or proxy for any third party.
• You do not hold any position — as employee, contractor, consultant, or director — with 88ok or any company directly affiliated with 88ok.

88ok actively employs age verification procedures at registration. Where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered member may be under the age of 18, it reserves the right to suspend the account, freeze any pending withdrawals, and request documentary evidence of age and identity. Any deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the payment source used, minus any withdrawals already processed, to the extent that funds remain in the account.

Geographic Eligibility

The 88ok platform is operated with the Bangladeshi market as its primary target audience. However, 88ok does not warrant that the platform is lawful in all locations, and it is the sole responsibility of each individual player to verify the legality of using an online gaming service in their specific location before creating an account or placing any wager. 88ok expressly excludes from eligibility any individual accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person may register and maintain one (1) account only on the 88ok platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 88ok reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bonuses, and withhold any bonus-derived winnings.

Registration Information

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid and accessible email address, and a mobile phone number. 88ok relies on this information for identity verification, payment processing, and responsible gaming enforcement. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration details is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to player security and platform integrity, 88ok may at any time request that a member complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Verification documents typically requested include a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence), proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits or withdrawals. Failure to complete the KYC process within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ok account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you or occurred as a result of a security breach. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 88ok support team immediately at [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

88ok supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied to Taka-denominated transactions.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 88ok platform is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your 88ok account balance within seconds when made via bKash or Nagad. Deposits made via bank transfer may take slightly longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. 88ok does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which 88ok has no control.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 88ok reserves the right to request documentary confirmation that the deposit payment method belongs to the registered account holder before processing any withdrawal.
• Deposits made as part of a suspected fraudulent transaction will be reversed, and the associated account will be subject to immediate review.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by the 88ok payments team within an average timeframe of 15 minutes for standard accounts and faster for higher VIP tier members. Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

1. The account must have successfully completed any applicable KYC identity verification.
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the account balance must have been fulfilled or the bonus forfeited.
3. The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, unless the support team has approved an alternative method in writing.
4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction.

88ok does not apply withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of peak demand, system maintenance, or where additional identity verification is required. Players are advised to allow up to 24 hours for withdrawal completion in exceptional circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

88ok offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The availability, value, and terms of all promotions are subject to change at any time at 88ok's discretion.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's individual terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players only. 88ok reserves the right to withhold or withdraw a bonus from any account where it believes the bonus is being exploited through low-risk, systematic, or coordinated wagering strategies designed primarily to extract bonus value rather than for genuine entertainment.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They have no monetary value outside of the 88ok platform.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in prohibited game types, or exceeding stated maximum bet limits while a bonus is active — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

VIP Programme

The 88ok VIP Programme operates across four tiers: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Royal. Tier progression is determined by cumulative wagering activity and is assessed periodically by the 88ok VIP team. The specific criteria for tier advancement, as well as the benefits associated with each tier (including enhanced cashback rates, faster withdrawals, dedicated account management, and exclusive promotional access), are communicated directly to eligible members by the VIP team. 88ok reserves the right to adjust, restructure, or terminate the VIP programme at any time, with reasonable advance notice provided to current VIP members where possible.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered member of the 88ok platform, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose — lawful recreational online gaming and sports wagering — and to conduct yourself at all times in a manner that is fair, honest, and respectful of other users and 88ok staff.

You Are Strictly Prohibited From:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in circumventing the one-account-per-person rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technological means to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information about live casino hands, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or any other activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches in any game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable software error are void and will not be paid. Identified errors must be reported to the support team immediately.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any activity that violates applicable Bangladeshi law or international anti-money laundering regulations.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any payment made to 88ok through your payment provider without first raising the matter directly with 88ok support. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to the relevant financial authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, abusing, or using offensive language towards any 88ok customer support agent, live dealer, or other member.
• Attempting to access any part of the 88ok platform, its systems, or its databases through means other than the standard user interface provided.

Any breach of these obligations — or any conduct that 88ok reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its members, or its business operations — may result in immediate account suspension, termination, withholding of balances pending investigation, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

Any member may request the closure of their 88ok account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, 88ok will process any outstanding withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been fulfilled and no outstanding investigation is pending. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Players requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons — including those wishing to self-exclude — should state this clearly in their request. Self-exclusion requests are processed with immediate effect, and re-registration during an active self-exclusion period is prohibited. Suspension or Termination by 88ok

88ok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse, collusion, fraudulent wagering patterns, or money laundering activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instruction from the member's payment provider.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate the restriction or closure of the account.

Where an account is closed by 88ok as a result of a confirmed violation of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Funds derived from or associated with prohibited activity may be forfeited. 88ok will provide written notification of the outcome to the member's registered email address.

8 Limitation of Liability

The 88ok platform and all of its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 88ok makes every commercially reasonable effort to maintain continuous, uninterrupted, and error-free platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be free from temporary outages, technical errors, maintenance downtime, or data transmission interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ok and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from errors in game software, technical malfunctions, delayed data feeds, or connectivity issues that are beyond 88ok's direct control.
• Losses arising from the unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Decisions made in reliance upon any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88ok's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. The 88ok platform will make every effort to resolve genuine player disputes fairly and efficiently through the support team. Intellectual Property

All content on the 88ok platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 88ok or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 88ok. Game content is provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi; all rights in such content remain with the respective studio.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fairness and the general standards applicable to online gaming services. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through the 88ok support team, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings. Players with unresolved complaints are encouraged to document their case and submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the issue, account information, and supporting evidence.
